@GuvnaJohn @NewcastleHosps Absolutely agree, John. No one encouraging them to do so will support them if something goes wrong - it's THEIR registration that could be at risk. Working beyond competence is a serious fitness to practise issue for the very good reason that it puts patients at risk of harm.

If any students @NewcastleHosps need any advice or support, very pleased to hear from them. Students should not be used to plug gaps due to the #JuniorDoctorsStrike
