This is the third time @klaviyo has been down this month Need to finish some serious work

This is the second time @klaviyo has been down this week The revenue tracking said zero on all of the flows. That dashboard is not showing, so they really should put serious time in their back end.

Checkout recovery often beats another promo. One supplement brand had a checkout flow making about $20 per recipient while its biggest campaigns were making pennies. The hot traffic was not the full list. It was the people who had already started checkout and stalled. Audit the abandoned checkout flow before writing another broad send. Comment CHECKOUT if you want the 3-point checkout audit.

Rebecca Minkoff grew SMS revenue 23% by fixing one invisible leak. Email lived in Klaviyo. SMS lived in Attentive. Dual subscribers got treated like two different people. The fix: - unify forms inside Klaviyo - trigger email + SMS from the same profile - use smart sending across both channels Result: +23% SMS revenue in 70 days, +140% form submits, and SMS drove 24% of flow revenue. Comment "map" and I will send the cross-channel flow map.

One supplement brand is leaking paid traffic because it is missing a basic winback. The fix is not complicated: 1. trigger from the real reorder window 2. lead with benefit, not "we miss you" 3. add a second touch and SMS backup Paid traffic is too expensive to rely on one lazy email. Comment "leak" and I will send the basic 3-touch winback structure.

This biscuit brand grew flow revenue 157.8% by making loyalty feel personal, not point-based. They built milestone flows around purchase #2, #3, and #4 instead of waiting for a generic VIP program. Result: - +62.5% attributed revenue - +157.8% flow revenue - +77.2% placed order rate Comment "loyalty" and I will send the 3-step milestone flow structure.

higher aov can hide weaker customer quality if bundle buyers spend $92 but only 11% get to order 2 and single sku buyers spend $58 but 27% come back the bigger cart is not the better customer check margin and repeat rate by first basket before you push every offer toward bigger carts

CurrentBody built an 8.7% abandoned cart + checkout flow by splitting intent. Not every cart needs the same follow-up. They used: - separate flows for cart vs checkout visitors - 10 product-specific sequences - proof before incentive - SMS as assist, not spam Result: 58% flow open rate and 8.7% conversion. Comment "cart" and I will send the intent-split flow map.

Alessi did not beat rising ad costs by spending more. They used smarter segmentation: - a giveaway that grew the list 40x - real buyer personas instead of one promo for everyone - offers matched to buy intent, not default discounts Result: email revenue up 1881%, and email drove 40% of Black Friday revenue. Comment "persona" and I will send the framework.

516,175 views. 2,316 comments. 674 leads. In 7 days. With 1 Claude SYSTEM. 0€ ads. I put my entire system, powered by Claude, into ONE Notion doc. 6 sections. No fluff. - Topic discovery: scan 400+ top-performing lead magnets in your niche, pick a template that already crushed - Hook generation: 5 variations with real virality scores, trained on 167 viral posts (not the generic internet) - The 10-element post structure that forced me to 516K views in 7 days - How to live LinkedIn preview (desktop AND mobile) before publishing, so your post doesn't die on phones - Schedule your whole week in 15 min: auto-publish at exact time via QStash / Unipile - Comment-to-DM automation 24/7: keyword detection, personalized DMs with {firstName}, LinkedIn-safe limits, every lead centralized This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending 18 months piecing it together from YouTube tutorials and scattered LinkedIn threads. Like + comment "CLAUDE" and I'll send it over (must be following so I can dm you)

I built 3 AI agents that run my entire LinkedIn end-to-end. • Content creation • Comment replies • High-intent lead generation + outreach No manual work. I’m giving away the exact system. Want it? Repost ♻️ Comment “Agents” and I’ll send it.

Anthropic just dropped a bomb. Starting April 4, Claude subscriptions won’t work with third-party tools like OpenClaw anymore. This isn’t speculation. This is real. Everything changes from here.

“How do I attract a man?” Wrong question. The real question is: “How do you keep attention?” Because attraction is easy. Retention is what actually matters. Same thing in ecommerce. Getting the first purchase? Easy. Getting them to come back? That’s where brands win. This is how we drive 35%+ revenue from Email + SMS: • Capture attention → strong signup strategy • Build trust → welcome + post-purchase flows • Reinforce → consistent, relevant campaigns • Convert → SMS at high-intent moments It’s not about sending more. It’s about building a system that keeps people engaged. Attention gets the first sale. Retention builds the business. #emailmarketing #klaviyo #shopify #ecommerce #dtc #retentionmarketing #smsmarketing #ecom #shopifytips #brandgrowth

Most brands are leaving money on the table. Not because they are not sending emails, but because their flows are not built to convert. If you run an ecommerce brand, these are the only flows that actually matter. Welcome flow sets the first impression and drives future revenue Browse abandonment captures early intent before they forget you Cart abandonment recovers high intent traffic Checkout abandonment fixes last step drop offs Site abandonment brings back visitors who did not take action Post purchase or thank you flow is where real profit is made Most brands either do not have these set up properly or they set them once and never touch them again That is the problem Here is how we approach it Every flow is built around intent and timing, not just sending random emails Every email has one purpose, either to educate, remove objections, or convert Every sequence is optimized based on where revenue is actually leaking This is how brands go from under 10 percent email revenue to 25 to 40 percent consistently No tricks No overdesigned emails Just systems that drive revenue If your flows are not doing this for you you do not have a strategy, you just have a setup If you want, I can break down your flows and show you exactly where you are losing money youtu.be/2Snz11ejmb0

The founder who spends 2 hours in Klaviyo fixing their broken flows Will build more retention revenue Than the founder who spends 6 hours in "marketing strategy sessions" talking about their retention vision Don't get caught in the strategy trap without actually fixing what's broken. Your customers don't care about your 90-day roadmap. They care that you went silent for 47 days after they bought. Fix that first. Strategize later.
