Hoosiers Outrun Cancer

IU Athletics has been the host site for the HOC registration and the races' start and finish since the beginning of the races’ existence. We are grateful for IU Athletics’ gracious hospitality, and their commitment to rallying our community together to fight cancer!

The 23rd Annual HOC will be one to remember. ❤️🏃‍♀️ This year we had more than 4,000 participants and volunteers and raised over $364,000. Thanks to you, we will go another year proving that community is stronger than cancer!
