@usbank talked to someone for 3 mins. Back on hold

My card gets locked and @usbank keeps putting you on hold and transferring you. over an hour, plenty of money in the account to buy gas to get home and no one working there can do anything better than say “idk why you were transferred to me” and transfer u to another long hold.
