@zsstevens Cycling Action Plan for Scotland (CAPS) has been undergoing consistent work and reiteration, supported by the constant efforts from the Minister of Transport @MathesonMichael. Our new bike hire scheme policy proposal would add an interesting edge to the conversation.

NEW POLICY PROPOSAL: Improving Bike Hire Schemes for Students! Our researchers looked into alternative transport systems like bike-hire schemes to mitigate detrimental environmental damages of climate change. All this boils down to re-evaluating the price strategy of the scheme.
