Congrats to Kate Rule on earning IBCA All-State Special Mention recognition! In her junior season Kate averaged 13 points per game on 48% field goal shooting. She has developed into one of the state’s best 3 point shooters (38%) and free throw shooters (80.2%). Congrats, Kate!
