@BuckDancerCPA You don’t have to rush the hands on the way down, the ball isn’t going anywhere and the hands are attached. Focus on going under the alignment stick for 15-20 passes. No ball. Then set the ball up and keep the focus on the alignment stick, don’t pay attention to flight YET
