Broke my 3 year sobriety with SH a few weeks ago and I’m still struggling with it. Trying to learn to be gentle instead of allowing shame to consume me. We’re living in incredibly hard times.

Unpopular opinion: I make my kids eat the same ONE meal I make for dinner and do not make them separate meals. 🤷🏻‍♀️
