Here it is. My top 25 of all time. Based on not just how much I loved them when they came out but also with how well they have aged. I’m sure if I did it tomorrow it would have some variations. What am I missing?

This needs to be a major wake up call to Mathieu Darche and the Islanders organization The team outperformed expectations for the majority of the season simply because of goaltending and a generational rookie season from Matthew Schaefer, but this is what the team really is

@IslesFix Our D’men allowed more 2 on ones down deep every game than Ginger Lynn did her entire career. We need at least 3 new guys on D next year right from the start of the year. Bring up the young guys. Our special teams coaches need to all be fired and replaced.

I've been an #Isles fan for 33 years. I can't recall a single season in which they collapsed. They've historically been safely in, far out, or vying for a final spot. Watching them go from being in control of their destiny, buy at the deadline, and then fade is new.

@NYIslanders We can not enter next year with the same defence core. Half of them need to go. Other than the head coach the entire coaching staff should be gone. We don’t need an entire rebuild, but we need a serious retooling. The young guys need to come up next year and stay.
