growing up I saw various family members and people close to me who were prescribed them
I never saw anyone be "cured" by them, they all created life long dependency & health dysregulation, in the name of "mental health"

One thing that is overlooked in the "trades" hype is that in general very little of those seemingly high wages are retained and converted to Net Worth.
At the exact same annual earnings, a white collar will acclumlate far more net worth, they simply spend less.

What was the starting debt here? 250k?? Did she go a quarter of a million in debt to become a nurse?

It’s student loan debt, not credit card debt. If she’s making payments, there’s no reason for him to not marry her and want to help her out with that. I suspect that either her other spending habits are out of control and she’s not giving the full story OR he is using this as an excuse in order to avoid breaking up with her for some other reason.

The level of garbage real estate advice from random Instagram influencers boggles the mind.
Most wouldn’t last two days on this platform, let alone trying to do actual deals.
But they’re cashing in on a wave of well-meaning young people who are hungry to learn and don’t yet know how to separate real experience from confident nonsense.
There is no accountably there like you have here. There’s no real community pressure where experienced people step in, call things out, and everyone sees it.
Instead, it’s fast talking, flashy editing, catchy one-liners, and zero substance.
I don’t know what the rate of BS is, but it has to be north of 99%.
