Every small town is getting a smoke shop it seems like in Minnesota. I don’t understand how these places are so popular ?
Will e-commerce ever change this industry ?

A great day to get lots of things done. Right after a snow storm not many people are at the grocery store. Get into auto shop due to others canceled appointments. Life is good

@BuckyBeeman I think it wasn't that cool. Started to support aircraft industry (Sikorsky, United Technologies) during WWII. Son took over and they were beaten out by off shore competitors in the early aughts. Also his son became a banker. Connecticut has a lot of multi generational biz

Industrial realestate comes in all shoes and sizes. This space was last used by a company that assembled wire harnesses for a variety of companies all over the US. Now it’s available for lease and the new owner is occupying a portion of the space for commercial laundry.
