FULL TIME: Howfen FC 9-0 Beechfield Hurricanes A run out for the away team after a month off will hopefully have blown away some cobwebs, which is probably the only silver lining after a shocking performance. Miracle that it wasn’t double-figures, thanks to the visiting ‘keeper.

The Hurricanes are back in action (after a month off!) with a friendly match against Howfen FC on the astro at Kearsley Academy. Djacy returns but Owen, Harrison, Matty and Rafa are all missing so Glenn and Chris have got some re-shuffling to do.

Our annual tradition of Hurricanes players receiving Easter eggs returned after training last night (may be U17s now but never too big for an Easter egg!) Congrats to Lucca, Abdul & Aiden who won an XL Easter egg each in the draw too!! Thanks to Nic & Nic for the eggs!! 🩵

After today’s game we revealed our most recent PotM. After only 2 games in February, 1 win, 1 loss, 7 goals scored & 6 conceded, we had a clear winner. With 2 MotM awards & 5 of the 6 goals scored … Beechfield Hurricanes’ U17 Player of the Month February 2026 🏆 Alfie! 🏆

FULL TIME: Beechfield Hurricanes 0-7 FC United of Manchester A heavy home defeated for the home side against the full-strength league-leaders who took full advantage of their superiority. The home side will be huge disappointed but have worked hard and will be better for it.

The Hurricanes are back in action for the first time in a month with a home league tie against league leaders FC United of Manchester. Harrison, Jamie, Aiden and Henry are all missing so coaches Glenn, Chris and Elliot have limited options.
