Went from 280 to 207 in weight. Was eating about 2300 calories a day with a lot of cardio and high protien diet.

This is all I've been posting lately but 1 year today in the gym. Put all my energy into this over the last year proud of myself. Starting a new diet and excersise routine to put on some muscle. If I can do it anyone can just gotta start.
