از خوبی‌های زندگی تو کشورهای درحال توسعه اینه که فرهنگ تعمیر همچنان زنده‌ست! زیپ این کیف چند وقت پیش تو روسیه خراب شد و هیچ‌جایی تو مسکو نمیتونست زیپ رو تعویض کنه. همه میگفتن: سخته و زمان‌بر 😅 امروز تو Phuket یه کفاش خانوم هفتاد ساله زیپ رو برامون تعویض کرد و از اولش هم بهتر شد!

@Bugaboo @RachelHook1 We’ve done this multiple times and customer service team is super dismissive unfortunately - telling us they’ll send a replacement part at some point in the future. That obviously doesn’t work because our toddler has to eat somewhere in the meantime…
