@lulanzeashirafu @BugandaLandB @BugandaLandB these are serious allegations that deserve a serious response. A Vulnerable person is being targeted by people claiming to be your staff, asking for 600,000 UGX and on an unfinished house that legally shouldn't even be assessed yet.

@archplans256 Kindly go to our office near you. You will be helped. A consent letter value is calculated by our valuers on a case by case basis. Type of development is considered. You need to present proof of ownership of the Kibanja.
