Everyone calls Aelle a "mistake maker." I call him the only King with the guts to do his job.
🛡️ Think about it: A foreign invader burns your churches, steals your gold, and murders your people. What are you supposed to do?
Give him a seat at the table?
Aelle didn't commit a crime, he delivered justice to a criminal.
The "mistake" wasn't killing Ragnar; it was the rest of the world being too weak to back him up.
Was Aelle a villain, or was he just the only person brave enough to face a monster?
💬 We only hate him because he killed our favorite character. Change my mind.

Cassie Howard changed her entire personality. Her style. Her boundaries. Her self respect. Everything. For a boy who was never going to choose her the way she deserved to be chosen.
She did not lose herself because of Nate. She lost herself because she never truly knew what she was worth before he came along.
The most painful thing about Cassie was never what Nate did to her. It was watching her do it to herself.
Was Cassie a victim or did she make every choice knowing exactly what she was destroying?
