@cantonmeow Yes, phase 2 of Elliott Wave seems to be coming to an end soon after 4 months of decline, in preparation for wave 3. I’m trying to accumulate at this level but unfortunately I encountering the same problem.

I am interested in getting back into $QS here, but I just don't have enough money to own everything. Damn, 2026-2027 should be a good time.

Fintel's latest statistics actually indicate the Days to Cover is sitting at 10.34, not 5.4. 🤯 With over 84 million shares shorted (17.39% of the free float), as you pointed out, the pressure is intense. If a positive catalyst emerges, short sellers will find it much harder to exit their positions. 👀📈

Institutions are loading up on $QS while short interest surges. It’s a massive tug-of-war. 🥊 With Days to Cover at 5.4, the stage is set for a violent short squeeze if any positive catalyst hits. The spring is coiled. Just waiting for that good news. 📈

$NRGV just dropped news that makes my thesis even stronger. 🔋 McMurtry BESS acquired — 175MW / 350MWh in ERCOT North, Dallas. This is exactly the recurring revenue stack mechanic I highlighted in my deep dive. Every project added permanently raises the EBITDA floor. McMurtry is the next block: → Lifetime revenues: $350M–$375M+ (same profile as SOSA Texas) → NTP: Q4 2026 | COD: Dec 2027 → High-growth ERCOT North — one of the most attractive US grid markets → Predictable, high-margin cash flows — the exact "Own & Operate" layer the market is mispricing. The portfolio just jumped to 715 MW across owned, under-construction, and operational assets. Three months ago it was 540 MW. The roadmap to 1,500 MW is being executed in real-time. Now, let's do the math on the anomaly: Previous Backlog: $1.3B McMurtry Added: ~$350M New Expected Backlog: ~$1.65B+ At the current market cap of ~$590M, the backlog is now ~2.8x the entire valuation of the company. To put it in context: McMurtry alone adds another ~$10M+ in annual recurring EBITDA once operational, stacked permanently on top of Cross Trails, SOSA, Stoney Creek, and EBOR. $NRGV must continue executing — the thesis lives and dies on delivery. But they keep showing up, and the mix shift is happening right in front of us. x.com/BullRush__/sta…
Energy Vault@EnergyVaultInc

Energy Vault Expands U.S. Energy Storage Portfolio Energy Vault has acquired the McMurtre BESS, a 175 MW / 350 MWh battery energy storage project in the high-growth ERCOT North market near Dallas, Texas. With projected lifetime revenues of $350M–$375M+, the project delivers predictable, recurring, high-margin cash flows that reinforce the long-term earnings power and resilience of our platform. The project is set for NTP in Q4 2026 and commercial operation by December 2027. This acquisition advances Energy Vault's 1,500 MW deployment roadmap, bringing the Asset Vault platform to 715 MW across owned, under-construction, and operational assets, while further reinforcing our multi-asset strategy including battery storage, powered land, and powered shells. 🔗 Read the full press release: hubs.la/Q0484NcM0 #EnergyStorage #BESS #GridStorage #EnergyVault

@doh_in @Defiantclient2 @QuantumScapeCo I think that in the long term being the first to achieve commercial-scale production is not too important because the TAM is important enough to have several players, however it will have to distinguish itself by technical characteristics.

@Defiantclient2 @QuantumScapeCo The second leap of the EV market will hinge on the success of solid-state batteries. I sincerely wish for QS’s success. Yet, no one can predict whether QS or SLDP will be the first to achieve commercial-scale production.

@Defiantclient2 @QuantumScapeCo Yes, the market is digesting the news but is still struggling to price $QS, hence the high volatility. However, the execution quality is solid. The risk/reward asymmetry is excellent. $QS could take off quickly given all the upcoming announcements and the massive TAM

@BullRush__ My take for NA JDA potential partners has long been $TSLA first and $F second. With $QS SSB being vastly superior to all alternatives and JB Straubel sitting on the QS BOD, I can't envision a scenario where the top EV maker allows Ford to field a better battery ahead of them.

Who is the mystery North American OEM behind the $QS December 2025 JDA ? Let’s eliminate. Top-10 US automakers by revenue : Ford — GM — Tesla ⚠️ Tesla manufactures its own 4680 cells. Dry electrode process confirmed for large-scale production in Q4 2025. Unlikely to grant an external license. But look closer : — JB Straubel — Tesla co-founder — sits on QS’ board since 2020. He knows every technical milestone firsthand. — Tesla acquired Maxwell Technologies. Dry electrode process. Anode-free expertise. The technical foundation is there. — Tesla’s VP of Engineering said in 2025 : "incremental improvements will keep going." That’s not a no to solid-state. That’s a company keeping its options open. — QS CEO commented on Tesla’s anode-free patents : "Good to see more people coming around to our way of thinking." ⚠️ GM — invested in SES AI. But SES AI is struggling financially. No exclusive solid-state commitment. Could be quietly shopping for an alternative. 🌟That leaves Ford as my primary conviction. — Solid Power / Ford JDA expired Dec 31, 2025. Exactly when QS signed its new JDA. Ford is now solid-state partner free. — Ford cancelled $18B in conventional battery contracts. SK On. LG Energy Solution. Gone. Massive strategic void to fill. — In October 2025 Ford said solid-state was not part of their EV strategy. One month later Solid Power expires. Something changed. My read : Ford. GM and Tesla as wildcards. What’s yours ?

$QS — Youtube video from $QS today --- Ducati V21L : "This year we plan full field testing of the V21L." Munich was a stage demo. Field testing means real heat, vibration, aggressive regen braking, no pressure application — all the constraints that matter. First confirmation it's happening in 2026. --- Drones & defense : "Conventional lithium-ion batteries use graphite that is almost exclusively Chinese — for defense customers that's a major pain point. Our technology is graphite-free." QS is now demonstrating the cell on a drone under real load. More importantly, Sivaram explicitly frames graphite-free as a procurement argument against Chinese supply chains — first time it's said this clearly in official comms. --- Tech roadmap reveal confirmed for 2026 : "This year we are committed to revealing the next step on our technology roadmap."

My hypothesis on the Ducati V21L $QS : Test results will drop in September 2026. Here's why. The CEO just said it himself : "The launch at IAA Mobility was just a sneak preview. This year we plan full field testing of the V21L." No date. No details. So here's my read. September 2025 → world premiere at IAA Munich. 980 QSE-5 solid-state cells. A real race bike. Stock jumped +20% that day. September 2026 → IAA Munich is back. QS will have exactly 12 months of real-world data. It's their most natural stage to reveal results. What's being tested between now and then : 🔋 Do 844 Wh/L actually hold on a real circuit ? ⚡ Does 10-80% charge in 12 min work outside a lab ? 🔄 Are 1000+ cycles validated in real conditions ? 🌡️ Does the cell survive -20°C winters AND +45°C summers ? 🏍️ Zero external pressurization — does the ceramic separator hold under race vibrations ? This last one is the real question. No lab can replicate a race bike at 270 km/h. Ceramic separators are fragile by nature. The track will tell us what the lab can’t. If PowerCo validates B1-samples off these results → Possible release of part of the remaining ~$110 million for key milestones. 12 months of a race bike destroying its battery. That’s the most honest stress test solid-state has ever had. What is your opinion ? #Ducati

$QS: 🚨NEW UPDATE BY @QuantumScapeCo CEO DR. SIVA SIVARAM The entire blog/video is worth a read/watch, but here are my highlights: + Full field testing of the @DucatiMotor V21L racebike anticipated this year + Working closely with top-10 global automakers in Europe, North America and Japan. This is the first time I've seen them confirm that one of the new JDAs is with a North American OEM. Who is it? @Ford, @Tesla? + Revelation that QSE-5 is already being tested in drones carrying commercially relevant payloads!! The drone looks very similar to the one shown in the new @Corning webpage. + "Drones and defense aerospace are major growth markets for our high-performance solid-state battery. In addition to our safer solid-state design, our technology offers a unique advantage. Conventional lithium-ion batteries use graphite that is almost exclusively Chinese, and for defense customers, that’s a major pain point. Our technology is graphite-free." Finally said the quiet part out loud! Makes the new board hire all the more interesting. 👀 + "Autos and drones are just the start: As we move into new market segments, such as AI data center power solutions and robotics, we believe that our differentiated technology also delivers value for these emerging applications. For example, the superior safety of our solid-state design lets us serve markets where lithium-ion remains too risky, like in the racks of a multi-billion-dollar data center." + Compared the licensing model to the semiconductor industry, already proven by ASML, TSMC, and Nvidia. + "Going forward, we will continue to add to our ecosystem, including equipment licensees and materials suppliers who can serve our manufacturing partners as they scale up to mass production." + "Our roadmap plans future generations of cells that offer larger capacity, packaging optimization and cathode chemistry innovations, to improve performance, reduce cost and fit new application requirements. This year we are committed to revealing the next step on our technology roadmap." Thank you @QuantumScapeCo and @ironmantimholme for the update!
