Friday's arm session started with some preacher curls. We upp'd the weight to 75lbs, and did 3 sets of 10 reps. There was room to go to 12 reps. We did a close grip bench next; This is the warm-up. Ten with a regular setup, and ten with my feet up. 😁 #CloseGripBench #ArmDay
