At the end of our summer lifting program we will be running a Lift-a-Thon fundraiser! 100% of money raised will go directly back to the weight room. If you are interested in making a donation, pledging towards an athlete, or making a business donation, reach out to any athlete!

We had our very first Lady Dog break 200lbs on bear crawl planks this morning, congrats to Sophia Peterreins for tackling the 100lb plates!

Saturday our Powerlifting team competed at the South Dakota State Meet and were 2022 runners up for Class A! We had 3 lifters win their weight division and a total of 9 place in the top 5 for Class A.
