I’ve been told to be patient in support emails for 8 months now. There’s nothing else I can do but this @kick @StakeEddie @Svntvmvriv Me and my community have hit way above this 100 avg ccv requirement 4 times now. Every day I end stream at a specific number of ccv. After I’ve ended stream FOR HOURS I open my dashboard later that night to find the avg ccv drops a significant amount. A significant amount and to the exact same number every day. This is enough to cause me to get denied 4 times. I’ve been on this platform since literally day one of it dropping. My community is strong and they’ve pull up for me EVERY DAY since switching to this platform. I love kick and it’s our home now. But we feel like we’ve been slighted with the constant “please be patient” responses to our concerns. I know I’m not the only one that’s had this issue either. You guys have genuine creators grinding their asses off for hours and hours, getting their hopes up to just be destroyed because of a bug on YOUR platform that has yet to be addressed. This is my job of 5 years. It’s my life. It’s my livelihood. It’s everything. I really don’t know if this will help or do anything for me or others but there’s really nothing else I can do but make it public unfortunately. Thank you for reading if you do 🙏 And if anyone else has experienced this issue PLEASE comment below. Voice your concerns. Because I’m at my breaking point.

Audio question! Having a GO XLR issue I can't figure out. My chat isn't muting to stream, but is muting to my headphones, yet it is set to mute to all sources. Is this caused because I separate audio out from the broadcast stream mix? I can't find a video answer . HALP

@Bulliet_ So I can control the fiber optic input through a slider to turn it up/down on my ears but keep it steady for chat. Goxlr only lets you submix the virtual devices. Broadcast mix = Console only Then “Listen” to Broadcast Mix through Game (Windows settings) I can show you 👀

🤓status: finally figured out how to submix the fiber optic input on a dual pc setup with a #GoXLR. On stream pc, “Listen” to Broadcast Mix through the Game output (Windows settings), add Game as a source in OBS, then assign Game to a GoXLR slider. Bingo!
