GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN: 100K TSA & Secret Service agents haven't been paid in a month. 50K live paycheck to paycheck. Thune is sending the Senate home tomorrow instead of changing the cloture rules to pay them. Federal families are going hungry while senators go home. Upside of changing the rules to pay the TSA would be the ability of the Senate to pass the Save America Act.
