After Land Pixel staking goes live, we’ll open up community voting to unlock the next Districts! Which District will you vote to unlock?

One of our investments here at @Speculate DAO is @Kosher Capital. They are a project building a whole ecosystem on Base chain, with the main feature being the fully automated trading agent @RabbiSchlomo_Ai. Their first fund launched a few weeks ago, and it filled in no time, collecting 1 whole BTC to start off the automated trading. These days a group of beta testers have gotten the opportunity to start testing the next phase: users being able to launch their own funds, and set a lot of parameters such as token categories, limited to certain tokens, risk preference etc. There are two options: * You can start your own personal fund, setting up the criteria for the automated trading working only with your own money. * If you want to aim higher, you can set up a crowd raised fund where others can help you achieve your capital goal. But for this you will need to stake 1 million of the project token, $Shekel. The DAO has a nice chunk of these tokens staked, and we will certainly be looking into the opportunity this gives us to start a fund of our own! Stay tuned for more on this in the coming weeks.
