Sad that we're now racing in Ireland on Good Friday like our neighbours. Never thought I'd see it but nothing is sacred anymore. Seems we can't manage one day of abstinence from indulgence & gratification. Whether you're religious or not the 'holiday' only exists for this reason.

My son died. I know he didn't contribute anything to mankind — he was only two months old — but I like to believe he was destined to do something good for humanity. It's been a while since his death, and I hate to dwell on it so publicly, but I wanted you to know him.

Enjoyed earlier watching the lively Republic of Ireland v Czech game. Ireland lucky to get a penalty and own goal to lead 2-0. Good in the first half hour. Giving away a needless penalty changed the game and Czech dominated second half. Their equaliser was always coming. 🇮🇪🍀💚

@lecrin You say that Vern, but Kelleher never had a save to make in that second half. Lot of possession in the second half but what did they create? Wasn't a free kick either for their second goal. They were poor. We had better chances. Hit the post and crossbar and Parrott header saved.
