@PattonAmy @SkylarSkye3 Grass fed butter is one of the healthiest things you can eat. Avoid seed oils of any kind. Stay away from processed foods and you are eating very well.

I can’t lie… the food in America is ridiculous. Everyone talks about portion sizes but nobody talks enough about how GOOD everything tastes. Even the “quick” food feels elite compared to what I’m used to in the UK.

Your mileage may vary, but there is very little energy out there right now in terms of it being a USMNT match day at a World Cup, let alone a home one. The pall over this tourney is real, I think. I’m in LA (well away from SoFi) and few people seem to care.
