I would say a lot of people making near-max donations to Justin Trudeau’s Papineau riding association from outside of Quebec - and particularly from British Columbia - before and during the 2015 election is not ordinary at all. See a pattern?

Many in 2015, many in 2016, then they fall off a cliff. That is not ordinary. Maybe not nefarious! But not ordinary.
