@henrywinter He ‘spreads’ them because it’s a natural counterbalance. It’s so unnatural to try to defend with your arms held behind your back and even then his arms are down below his waist and not so stretched out - ridiculous rule.

Brilliant half of football ends on a controversial note with that handball. Given in the CL, not so much in the PL. Different levels of tolerance.  At least they’re consistent. Ball deflects off Davies’ thigh on to his hand yet he took a risk when tucking his hands behind his back and then spreading them. #PSGBAY
