Christmas wreaths hand-tied by Burgh Beautiful volunteers are now complete, and have been delivered over the past weekend.
Our wonderful volunteers have been in festive mood gathering the materials, and making up the wreaths at our Clarendon base.
The young slips of hawthorn, blackthorn, hazel, elder, rowan, & dog rose will in time provide shelter, berries and nectar for a number of birds and insects, helping to increase the biodiversity of the area. Thank you to everyone who came along to help and braved the weather.
Please give your support to Burgh Beautiful this Christmas.

This is to mark the 27th UN climate summit in Egypt which starts on Sunday.
COP ('Conference of the Parties') brings together governments to agree steps to limit global temperature rises. It's attended by countries which signed up to the original UN climate agreement in 1992.
If you haven't already seen the new COP27 bed at the Vennel, why not pop down for a look?
Volunteers have planted the bed with the COP27 theme of 'Care for the future', featuring pink Bellis (daisies), re-used red Polyanthus, + a host of pretty pink tulips to pop up in Spring.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported us either through sponsorship, membership of @LinlithgowTrust, planting, weeding, watering, donating prizes, buying raffle tickets, cleaning up the town, or doing any of the many behind-the-scenes activities that keep us running.
The evening was rounded off with a raffle, with many fantastic prizes donated by very generous friends of Burgh Beautiful. The auction, raffle, and sales of our cards designed by Linlithgow Academy students, and of this year's Rotary Club calendars, raised over £500!
The Environmental Responsibility Group has been busy planting specimen trees at Rosemount Park. A Coast Redwood completes the set of all 3 Redwood species. A commemorative plaque, marking the Jubilee of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, was placed by a Holm Oak planted earlier this year.
