Còn "quan chắc" thì hoàn toàn không có nghĩa gì.
Không có khái niệm "khí thải tự động".
Trong tiếng Việt, "tự động" là một tính từ, phải đứng ngay sau danh từ hoặc cụm danh từ để bổ nghĩa, mô tả cho danh từ/cụm danh từ đó.
Vì vậy, phải viết đúng là:
"Trạm quan trắc tự động", hoặc
"Trạm quan trắc (một cách) tự động" (khi dùng như trạng từ).
