not to sound incredibly stupid, but i haven’t used the canadian healthcare system in forever and there’s a really long wait at my closest hospital, let me know if you’d still go if you had - a really deep chest cough that got you dizzy because you feel like you can’t catch your breath. - chest feeling tight from constant coughing. - finding a faint amount of blood in your tissues from coughing. - no other symptoms: no fever, no nasal congestion, no headache. if you wouldn’t bother going to the hospital, what should i do? just drink water and rest? teas? i’ve been doing honey, hot water, and drinking warm soup. i’ve been resting. outside of that, i’m not sure what to do. i’m used to colds turning this bad since i had covid so many times and it messed up my lungs. i’m currently taking a inhaler to help me breathe. i know asking people online is dumb, but i don’t have immediate access to a vehicle and i really don’t feel like waiting 10h to be seen if all i need is f&r, so if you’re going to comment that i’m stupid for asking, please save yourself the trouble, thanks. - with love, your sick bear. 🧸
