The Epstein Transparency Act has two fatal flaws. 1) The act establishes no legal criteria for who and how the law might be violated and 2) it establishes no punishment for those who violate the law.
Do you understand why the law passed nearly unanimously now? Do you understand why Trump signed it even though he said it was a hoax?
The guilty parties who passed this law, and the president who signed it know it has no teeth, it is legally unenforceable. So they can say "Oh look I'm appalled by this! I voted for transparency"! Yet any half assed law student could eat any charges they might face for breakfast.
The question now is are Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna retarded or were they just grandstanding for political points?

I traveled all the way to the private monastery of His Holiness in Dharamshala, India, a hillside city in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh where the Tibetan government-in-exile also lives.
In a world filled with division and chaos, sitting down with the Dalai Lama was truly inspiring. His calm presence, deep insights on inner peace, and unwavering commitment to non-violence left a lasting impact on me. It is truly incredible that at the fragile age of 90 years old, the Dalai Lama is still standing firm against threats to freedom and human dignity, values that resonate deeply in these turbulent times.
Meeting someone who has dedicated his life to promoting harmony and service to others while facing lifelong immense challenges and threats from the Chinese Communist Party was a reminder that true strength comes from kindness, compassion, resilience, and moral clarity.
Grateful for this rare, once in a lifetime and meaningful private encounter that I will cherish for the rest of my life. May the Dalai Lama’s message of compassion and service to others continue to guide us all.
