@percy127 @Mike_Fabricant I'm so happy it's so easy for you to find fault. . How about the adoptive and foster parents of children that have ADHD, autism, FASD and attachment issues? Are you still "blaming the parents" now?

@hanna_mairi @LichfieldPirate @Mike_Fabricant I understand that LDC previously gave a grant to Derby City Mission. My understanding is this helps fund "Late Night Listeners" in the city centre on Saturday nights. Happy to be corrected if incorrect. Burton Hope occasionally does outreach in Lichfield.

@LichBID_Support In this instance, and following a friendly meeting with @LichBID_Support I'd like to clarify that it's my belief that action taken in this case was entirely appropriate We also established comms in order to provide relevant non-judgemental assistance for local street people.

@BurtonHOPE3 Thanks for your comments, and you're correct ignoring it won't go away. We engage and refer genuine homeless to support services and charities. We do encounter those who abuse this appearance for financial gain and we have to engage to prevent drug addiction and crime

Concerned members of the public reported a person outside a Lichfield business causing anti-social behaviour to staff members, found to be a repeat offender from Bham. Dispersed & sent back to their home address, reassuring the business & public #zerotolerance #givesmart

Fortunately two of the Support Officers know this female and have a positive rapport, also in contact with her support worker and housing association. Would you be able to meet in Lichfield and discuss further if possible?

@MrSuperSprout @LichBID_Support I'd be interested to know what exactly constituted "anti-social" behaviour in this particular case. It's so easy to demonise homeless people. In my short experience: many (most?) have mental health/learning problems. Sizeable % are ex-forces. Shame on us.
