133 - 15:15 Dublin; 16:06 Loughlinstown; 16:28 Newtown to Wicklow service is NOT OPERATING. #BE133

133 - 17:35 Dublin; 18:29 Loughlinstown; 18:53 Newtown to Wicklow service is NOT OPERATING. #BE133

This is as a result of the NTA creating new ‘Dublin Commuter Zone’ fares based on distance. However, these fares will negatively affect most passengers in Wicklow to the benefit of those in Kildare and Meath.

Fares for most passengers will increase in County Wicklow (including bus/train fares from Greystones) to compensate for lower fares for passengers in towns such as Newbridge and Drogheda.

NTA FARES FROM Q3 2024 TO DUBLIN - Kilmacanogue - DECREASE from €2.66 to €2.40 - Kilpedder/Newtownmountkennedy - INCREASE from €2.80 to €3.70 - Ashford - INCREASE from €4.76 to €5.30 - Rathnew - DECREASE from €5.32 to €5.30 - Wicklow - DECREASE from €6.16 to €5.30

@BusEireann133 The driver of your 131 16.23 service from Wicklow to Bray dart station was confused about letting me on. Saying the stop was not for pick up. Told him I get that bus every day ( either the 15.00 or 16.00 service) and he asks if I'm sure about that?? Wow

@emily_hosford Hi Emily, yes, the 133 still stops at Townsend Street.

@buseireann VB515 at Bray Train Station this morning for the first ever 131 to Wicklow with a 07:30 departure. This new route will provide a direct link from Wicklow, Rathnew, Ashford and Newtownmountkennedy to Bray Town Centre with hourly departures from 07:30 to 22:30 daily.

@FemiAdaraloye It combines routes 131 and 133 into one timetable.
