#LCBusiness Here are some SQs for the target market. Remember that a STEEPLE analysis is an analytical tool that can be used in many different areas across the whole specification. It is a strategic planning tool that can be used to identify EXTERNAL issues that may affect the business in the future. By conducting it, a firm can prepare for what might come in the future under 7 headings so that t is not blindsided by something unexpected. It might be worth covering STEEPLE with students early in 5th year so that they can get plenty of use out if it across the 2 years! It might also be handy to have it covered early in 5th year in case they might like to conduct one as part of the AAC ( depending on the brief of course).

Thank you to Shannon Porter for a very informative talk on her new business set up the Milk Bar. Lovely to hear real examples of reducing carbon mileage and the use of plastics and the power of social media. Our Form 5 LCVP pupils enjoyed sampling the different flavours of milk.

Happy international teachers day to all our inspirational teachers in Royal and Prior. Big thanks to our well-being co ordinator for all the wonderful treats. Thanks to all the students who took the time to say thank you to staff.
