@Agbede_arorin @remy_mo2 But you kept on painting the lady bad despite your friend's love and support for her. Your advice is great but you painting the lady bad is a sign that you are jealous of the gf and you are definitely interested in the relationship.

@BusiyiE You have to find out the person that called first. Anything that’s not hard evidence, those people will deny with straight face. If it was the defendant’s counsel that did, Omo, that’s a reprehensible act.

One mischievous person called our office that the court won't be sitting and gave us a date. We got to court at the next date and our matter wasn't listed. We found out the court sat at the last date, the defendant was present for defence and matter was adjourned to another date
ESQUIRE WEY DEY FIRE 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥@Eneegmanuelllll

It'll cost 6 naira to text a Lawyer to inform him/her that the court would not be sitting, or that the Court would be sitting late. But here we are.

@tunmishe_ I will inform the court at the next adjourned date because the registrar denied calling us... Perhaps it is a plot from the defendant’s counsel... Ain't taking date on phone because some litigants are silly!

@AshE_Nuel If you find yourself in this situation, involve a lawyer. Letter of administration will solve the problem.

Banks are making a lot of money from dead people. A lady lost her mom since July last year and she buried her and never cared to even check her mom's account. 4 months later, she received a random message from the bank in her mom's phone, nothing serious was in it. Just normal code text. She then checked other messages and she found out 20Million was sitting there. So she went to the bank. I'm very sure the bank must be furious when she came to ask for it, they started asking for documents and more documents. She's the next of kin, why does she have to go through so much, she kept going to the bank for days. No response. This lady was so frustrated that she was getting tired of the demands from the hospital. She was later paid the money only after involving high profile people which is very sad. Banks can do better please. This is one case, their are more cases too.

Lmao Egbon e reach. If not that I have a strong mental health, maybe I would have committed suicide or fallen into depression. Obi people dealt with me mercilessly. From trying to get me sacked, they succeeded in getting me suspended for two weeks without pay! I survived the whole month with my family on half salary. My crime: I stopped supporting Obi.😂😂

@RayToluAyo @AdageorgeA No. It is the tenant that is shooting himself if taken to court. I had a tenant who ran to us when she could not withdraw from all her bank account because she is owing landlord more than 3million.😄 She also locked up her apartment to discipline the landlord.

They are doing landlord meeting in our area because of one tenant like that.. That tenant was asked to pack out for no good Reason, the tenant sue landlord to court... Tenant keep only one chair and no luggage inside...and use padlock and lock the room.. Then at the front door, he wrote with a paper... LANDLORD IF ITS SURE FOR YOU BREAK THE PADLOCK. 😂

@RayToluAyo @BusiyiE @AdageorgeA That's why it is a notice, so you can plan ahead and move out. Why would you want to stay where you are not legally wanted?

@AdageorgeA Lol... No one said it was a lie. I know tenats can be funny. But 2002? That was old. You posted it as if it happened recently. It's your story nevertheless. Since he locked it up after court judgment, forceopen doesn't take up to 2 months. No need to wait for 2 years.

@RayToluAyo @AdageorgeA Or are you saying that he is still paying rent after packing out? The tenant must be funny. Because it still favors the landlord. If the landlord goes to court, he will still open the place eventually. No loss. Just a tenant paying for a place did is not staying.

The story you typed is different from the original story posted The tenant was told to park out without a good reason, I hope you didn't skip that part The story didn't say he was owing I should pack out of the house that I paid for? Really The landlord is not winning the case You can't give me a quit notice all of a sudden. You won't win and you will regret ever doing it! There are modalities to these things

@RayToluAyo @AdageorgeA All these are legal things that you will only understand if you try it first with a landlord with a good lawyer.

@leowatts08 @AdageorgeA Check my bio first before you reply. I have handled similar cases. After judgment, I garnished 3 of the tenant's bank accounts, and his bank paid the landlord from his dollar account, where he has money. Try it with a good lawyer and see!

@RayToluAyo @AdageorgeA The tenant must pay for the rent accrued from the last time he paid rent. Then, mesne profit (monthly) from the time his quit notice expired till the day he delivers up possession.
