@SonofADuck23 @matt_hardie Yep it’s his. You’re exactly on the same wavelength as me about Big Sur. I’m looking to stay inland until Eugene as well. My ethos is fastest border to border, not necessarily following the ACA Pacific Coast the whole way

@BuskingTeacher @matt_hardie Is that Tyler’s record? (Vegan Cyclist) I remember watching his video series when he did the whole west coast ride. Maybe his wasn’t unsupported though. I bet you can break it since you don’t have to detour by Big Sur anymore!

@matt_hardie The current record is 9 days and 12 hours total elapsed, and I’m hoping to finish in under 9 days. It’s about 1700 miles with 75,000 ft of gain.

@BuskingTeacher How long do you expect to be able to do Canda to Mexico in? Isnit just ride time, or is sleep time included?
