Kurt Suzuki said Grayson Rodriguez has a little dead arm. Rodriguez still played catch today, so they aren’t very concerned, but they are going to slow him down. His status for the opening day rotation is obviously in question now.

Here's the Mets' lineup for their game tonight in West Palm Beach. Swap out Mark Vientos for either Carson Benge or Mike Tauchman, and it looks pretty darn close to Opening Day.

The final pitch from Daniel Palencia was essentially untouchable. It left his hand at 99.7 mph, generating 18” of iVB and 12” of HB. His 7.5 ft of extension made it even more impressive, giving it a perceived velocity of 101.5 mph.
