Buy a ~$50k studio apartment in Tuscany, Val d'Orcia, with access to a communal pool and tennis court. Renovate it a bit, add better furniture, and you have your own tiny nest in Tuscany for the holidays, easily rentable. It could also work as a test for future larger operations. I am reposting this because I have never seen anything like this under $100K until now.
