Welcome to all the new Unicity Sphere joiners. I hope you like the user experience of sending tokens in sphere wallet. Nothing like this has been built before. What you see when you transfer tokens is almost real time transfers, with unlimited throughput (designed to process millions or billions of TPS), close to zero cost and with PERFECT PRIVACY. We have been designing blockchain protocols for the last 20 years. Unicity is the realization of concepts we have been thinking about for a long time. How do we do this ? blockchains today are too complex, too expensive, too much friciton, because they are all based on the same design - an asset ledger managed by validators/miners. The key innovation is remove the asset ledger and move validation to the edge - the recipient of a transaction. People talk about Satoshi's vision but this is the first project to actually deliver on it - Peer to Peer Electronic Cash. Thanks for joining - we are buiding in the open - lots of exciting things to come.

Big month at @amadeusprotocol. Below is a short update on what the team shipped over the last weeks and what is coming next. Product & Tech Over the last month, we have focused on shipping the foundation required to move from copilots into monetization. Recent progress includes: > Several active embedded copilot integrations underway with partners in Defi and institutional crypto. > Payments live: users can now purchase subscriptions to deploy and run agents with premium features. > Long-running agents: heartbeat-enabled agents that can react to real-world events in real time, including treasury and trading workflows. > No-code builder improvements: builders can now create agents and custom skills or exchange API integrations via prompt-based workflows, with GUI builder support as well. Currently supported models include Claude, Codex, and Gemini. > Runtime cost optimization: we aligned services and infrastructure to reduce operating spend. > ARIN and AS number assigned (AS402324): this gives us the foundation for a more independent network and agent infrastructure layer under the Cayman Foundation. BD & Go-to-Market We continue to see strong demand for embedded copilots from both crypto-native and more institutional counterparties. > We attended ETHCC and met with teams including @dYdX , @aztecnetwork , @Sei_Labs , Blockchain.com, @STS, and others around embedded copilot opportunities. > Our active sales pipeline is growing consistently including T1 household names in DeFi and institutional crypto. > We continue to see the same market pattern: trading venues and institutional crypto platforms struggle with user activation, onboarding friction, and retention in increasingly competitive markets. What’s next over the coming weeks: > Confidential runtime: enabling private execution via TEE / confidential compute > Standards and payment rails: implementing ERC-8004, x402, and AP2 support > OpenClaw skills support: enabling long-running personal agents with Linux shell access, now in testing > Orchestration on AMA Hub: automated runtime scheduling > AMA yield vaults > Launching AMA Hub to selected communities and early users Thanks again to everyone for the support

On Unicity, agents transact directly, P2P- @Ethereum, @Solana and others all require a global ledger; Unicity doesn't Card payment blockchains (@tempo @stripe et al) bake in a 20th century intermediary stack and the fees to go with it In this demo @mgault runs a massive A2A micropayment network @ 2-3million TPS We believe this could go as high as 300M+ TPS - throughput scales with agents added, more users helps, rather than hurts

On May 21, 2025, Nockchain went live. Genesis attested to Bitcoin block 897767. Just a proof puzzle and an open invitation. In under a year, the network has generated over 1 billion zero-knowledge proofs. Nockchain became the largest proving network in the world. Today we announce the next phase. Faster, more agile and more scarce than ever.

Unicity: ◾ Why Unicity Will Define Computing 3.0 I've been watching the blockchain space for years, waiting for someone to solve the fundamental coordination problem. Not scaling solutions. Not better consensus mechanisms. The actual architectural flaw that's been staring us in the face since Bitcoin block #1. Unicity might have cracked it. And if I'm right, we're looking at computing 2.0 → 3.0 transition that makes the Internet look incremental. ◾ The Fundamental Problem Statement Every blockchain since 2009 has the same design flaw: global state synchronization. Think about it. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, every L1, every L2, every rollup, they all force every participant to process every transaction. It's like requiring every person on Earth to witness every conversation before anyone can speak. ◉ This isn't a scaling problem. It's an architectural impossibility. ◉ Sequential bottlenecks are inevitable. ◉ Resource competition is baked in. ◉ Complexity scales exponentially with usage. ◉ Emerging markets get systematically excluded. ◉ Spent 15 years optimizing around this constraint. instead of questioning it. That's about to change. ◾ The Unicity Breakthrough: Here's what they figured out: Move execution off-chain, keep security on-chain. Not partial execution. Not optimistic rollups. Everything runs off-chain with cryptographic proofs anchored on-chain for security guarantees. ◾The technical architecture is genuinely elegant: ➤ Base Layer: RandomX PoW for ultimate security anchoring ➤ Consensus Layer: BFT with 1-second finality for rapid state commitment ➤ Proof Layer: Hierarchical SMT with ZK compression enabling 10K+ TPS per shard ➤ Execution Layer: TypeScript SDK for off-chain state management ➤ Application Layer: P2P agent framework for distributed computation This isn't incrementally better. This is categorically different. ◾ The implications are staggering: ✦ True P2P Digital Cash: Works offline. No validators to trust. Just cryptographic proofs and certified hardware. This is closer to Satoshi's vision than anything we have. ✦ Unlimited Parallel Execution: Every asset maintains its own ledger. No global bottlenecks. Scale is limited by hardware, not consensus. ✦ Developer Experience Revolution: Use any programming language. No Solidity. No gas optimization. No audit hell. Just normal software engineering. ✦ Privacy by Architecture: State shared only among interested parties, not globally broadcast. This isn't privacy theater, it's privacy by design. ✦ MEV Elimination: No global ordering = no MEV opportunities. These aren't features, they're inevitable consequences of the architecture. ◾ Strategic Partnerships Unicity appears positioned to integrate with existing financial infrastructure through partnerships with companies like Sphere, Tawasal, and others. This suggests a pragmatic approach to adoption rather than attempting to replace existing systems entirely. ◾The team composition reveals serious technical depth: 💠5 PhDs with extensive cryptography and blockchain protocol experience 💠50+ combined years in cryptography and distributed systems 💠100+ academic papers and 50 patents in relevant fields 💠Previous company (Guardline) acquired by major Middle Eastern conglomerate (IHC-UAE) 💠The advisor network includes leaders from AI (Eric Leandrj - Aleria AI), crypto (Carlos Domingo - Securitize), and gaming (Arnold Lee - Sphere), suggesting comprehensive market understanding. ◾Roadmap: ◾H1 2025 » PoW/BFT/Aggregation layers ✅ » State Transition SDK ✅ » Mining pools ✅ ◾H2 2025 Agent SDK ⌛ Developer subscriptions ⌛ SMT sharding ⌛ Cross-chain bridges ⌛ Client-side ZK ⌛ The progression from foundational infrastructure to developer tools to advanced features follows logical technical dependencies. ◾Conclusion: Unicity represents more than incremental blockchain improvement, it's a fundamental reconceptualization of how distributed systems can achieve security, scalability, and usability simultaneously. The off-chain execution model with on-chain security anchoring solves core limitations that have prevented blockchain mainstream adoption. The technical approach is sophisticated, the team demonstrates requisite expertise, and the market opportunity in emerging markets represents a pragmatic path to adoption. While significant execution risks remain, Unicity's architectural innovation positions it as potentially the most significant blockchain advancement since Ethereum introduced programmable money. The question isn't whether off-chain execution represents the future of blockchain architecture, it's whether Unicity can execute this vision successfully before competitors recognize and implement similar approaches. For developers, investors, and researchers in distributed systems, Unicity deserves serious attention as a potential inflection point in blockchain evolution. ◾Find Out More: github.com/unicitynetwork ◾Note: Unicity is currently in its early stages and available for buy/sale over the counter. Tad early, but preview of Astrid. For years people asked what an OS even means for AI. Not another wrapper. Not a hosted cloud you have to trust. An actual system the AI runs, owns, and improves. OpenClaw and Hermes are distros. Good ones. But they assume a kernel exists. It didn't. Astrid is that kernel. Here's the real insight nobody is talking about: the LLM can build its own harness on the fly. Capsules own exactly one piece of the agent harness, like Nix packages. The AI can write new ones, improve existing ones, extend itself. The harness is not a cage handed to it by a developer. The harness is something the AI participates in building and evolving. That's what sovereign AI actually means. Not just "your data stays local." The agent owns its own operating environment and can improve it. The model is just a provider. Anthropic, local, whatever. Plug it in, swap it out. Astrid doesn't care. Build your own runtime on top. Build your own UI. Ship a distro. Share components. The whole thing is designed to be taken apart, rebuilt, and extended by anyone, including the AI itself. CLI is rough, ecosystem is thin, providers are external for now. This is the foundation pass. But it runs today and the architecture is real. No cloud. No vendor. No one between you and the stack. Unikernel deployment is planned, so its fully standalone. Expect dragons. Treat it like Linux in the early 90s. brew tap unicity-astrid/tap brew install astrid github.com/unicity-astrid…
