Another commitment! Matthew Shield comes to us from Waubonsie Valley where he scored over a point per game and won the Illinois State Championship. In addition to the successful season, he added the MVP award in the league All-Star game. Welcome to the team, Matthew!

It’s NHL playoffs, but the Dawgs are making noise - welcome Drew Salzer to the team! Drew was a three year varsity starter for his high school team in Wisconsin and will add tremendous depth to our goaltending. He plans to study Risk Management & Insurance while at Butler.

We are excited to announce our first commitment for the 24-25 season! Nicholas Scharfenberger played last season for St. Charles Prep in Columbus, OH where he served as captain. Welcome to the team, Nick!

The Dawgs head into their conference schedule with a big home and home series against Purdue. Friday night is away at the Carmel Skadium, and on Saturday Butler will return back home to Pop Weaver. Admission is free for students with their Butler ID. Hope to see you there!
