@_epiphiany Ah yes. You hv to panaskan wok then add oil dulu. Those items ada moisture, cant do it bare without oil. Kalau a protein with fats that can render out boleh la. Mcm chicken with skin side down, duck, steaks ok la tak letak minyak and start it cold.

@_epiphiany Slalu you masak apa yg melekat? Heating up the woke till almost smoking then adding oil first and swirl it around dulu can help. Bt this is for mostly stir fry. Kalau berkuah stuff, expect some erosion of seasoning tu.

8. Extra step boleh pukul telur and goreng dlm wok tu tapi takleh makan telur tu. The first telur goreng ni sbb lecithin dlm telur kuning tu akan help even out the polymer layer. 9. After care. Jgn basuh guna sabun, guna air byk2. Berminyak pun tak pa sbb tu prevent rust.

7. Minyak tu kalau boleh wipe sikit2 jgn byk sangat sbb kalau byk it might terbakar sbb suhu tinggi. Layer yg ada minyak once dah heat up akan jadi hitam mcm ni. Proses ni sbb minyak tu akan polymerize atas steel tu and create a non stick layer.
