My fellow vtubers, please don't use gen AI for your content creation. I will never stop preaching this. Artists are the backbone of the vtubing sphere, if you respect your Artists who drew and/or rigged your model then refrain using AI slop for your other content. There are so many artists on vgen who fit to any type of budget and if you don't have anything to spend, then there are also so many wonderful free resources and assets created by a hard working artist for you. Respect your Artists and stop using AI that gets fed with stolen art.

Palworld hit 25M copies sold almost a year ago, we will be hearing it cleared 30M+ sooner or later. It's tracking similar unit sales to Pokemon releases.

This would be impressive if it had doubled its early access launch peak, but it is currently below 50% of its launch peak CCU and with only 16k new user reviews even added since 1.0 launched last week, it means barely anyone playing Palworld right now are even new players and are just below 50% of the Early Access players checking back in

Why hire an artist that will take way too long, under deliver, or outright scam you even if they're vouched for?
AI means people can make what they want, maintain privacy, won't get scammed, and don't need to rely on someone else for updates.
The moral high horse is just a bad emotional argument of "think of the artists". No one cares when too many people have been taken advantage of, are overcharged, or don't get what they want.
Besides, if you genuinely can't make something better than AI, you have no place in the market unless it's for pity or someone's a friend.
Traditional art is dead, and you no longer are the gatekeepers of what people create.

People who say Nintendo's business model is evil for example can't explain why. If you buy Nintendo games physical then you own the games, you can do trade them, sell them, lend them to friends and family. Now the rest of the industry is moving away from this.
