@cutiegurlk8 even ignoring all the risks to the cats, it's extremely unethical and should be illegal for their impact on birds alone. couldn't care less about whether it makes a cat happier or not to go outside, the bird angle is the only angle that matters.

Absolute nonsense what the @metrotrains have done to the Pakenham/Cranbourne line. By getting rid of the City Loop you have now inconvienced so many people who travel to/from home via South Yarra, Richmond & the City Loop. This line should be running some trains through the loop.
