@JohnWSeddon We are in agreement there, but the silver lining is that there is movement, just like some other things with the NHS management it may take a while. Couldn't find the podcast on the regular channels, do have a RSS feed or link for me?

Maybe not. The principles in your podcast are fine. NHS managers who believe in specialisation, standardisation, activity and cost management, commissioning with specs on price etc etc can say "yah" and get nowhere. Have you listened to my podcast?

@JohnWSeddon There are definitely a lot of positive aspects to the Vanguard Method that have similarities with the Buurtzorg way, but maybe the Vanguard method is a little old-fashioned. My comment was not about the way, but about the wording of your tweet. Failed is very definitive.

@marco_eds Sadly even the successful Buurtzorg pilots in the NHS don't spread; I think most stop. The inspiring Wellbeing Teams and Neighbourhood Midwives both stopped too. Transforming the NHS is clearly going to be hard! I'll share a quick n dirty overview of the situation soon...
