End of an amazing week of PBL! We wrapped up feedback with our Palestinian partner Taqi, met the Chair of Philosophy at Aberdeen Uni, and spoke with professional storyteller David Heathfield about including stories from children in Gaza in our project. @BxaLearning @BethlehemCF

We are super proud of Hannah, Amber and Ava in S2 who did a fantastic job getting to the final of the @ypi_scotland project this year, but who also went above and beyond fundraising for their chosen charity @archiegrampian 🤩

Our S1 classes have started their research on their chosen @GlobalGoalsUN as part of their Make a Stand project! Each pupil will write and present a @TEDTalks on a goal they are passionate about and link it to the @UNCRC #projectbasedlearning #confidentindividuals #globalcitizens

In addition to our fabulous finalist teams, we invited teams who had thought of a creative way to showcase their chosen social issue and charity. We had a beautiful poem reading on Men's Shed and a musical composition on Clan Cancer Support #pbl #ypi #creativity

As part of this project, our young people learned about the impact of online misinformation & disinformation as well as building essential Digital Citizenship skills. This visit marked a proud milestone & one of their questions was even raised during First Minister’s Questions.

Last week, our amazing young people, the heart & soul behind the #DeleteTheFilter project, took their work to new heights with a visit to the @ScotParl. They had a unique opportunity to present their Scottish Government Bill, a testament to their commitment & passion for change.
