As reported by @LouPubMedia today, this same LMPD lieutenant issued an unlawful camping citation to a pregnant homeless woman even as she was in labor awaiting an ambulance. "I don't for a second believe this woman is going into labor," he said. lpm.org/news/2024-12-1…
