Not saying it's impossible, but think it will be tough to catch OKC for the #1 seed Realistically OKC will finish 6-3 or 5-4 which means the Spurs will have to go 8-1 or 7-2 to finish above the Thunder I think the Spurs will prioritize rest/health over going for the top seed.
