@karllittleboy I couldn't agree more. In fact, I won't work with anybody that doesn't have at least a little interest in self-awareness. Meaningful change doesn't happen on its own.

Self-awareness and EQ are two vastly underrated skills. If you want to break into the top 1%, start developing them. You'll hit a ceiling if you don't.
