Six Years, But Still Me Six years in this wheelchair haven’t just changed how I move; they have changed how I see life. Six years of waking up and first realizing, again, that my body has a different story now. Not one I chose, not one I expected, but one I have had to live through every single day. There are mornings I don’t feel strong at first. Not because I have given up, but because some days reality feels heavy before I even speak a word. And still, I get up. I adjust. I keep going. In these six years, I’ve learned patience in a way words can’t fully explain. I’ve learned how to sit in silence without losing hope. I’ve learned how to lean on God when my own strength is not enough. And I’ve learned that a smile can still be genuine, even when the journey isn’t easy. But the deepest truth in all of this is simple: I am still here. Still thinking. Still growing. Still dreaming beyond what I can see today. Still refusing to let what I go through define who I am. Yes, I sit in a wheelchair, but it does not sit in my mind. It does not serve my purpose. It does not sit in my future. To those who are going through one challenge after another: What you’re experiencing is not the end of your story; it is shaping your strength. You may feel limited right now, but your value has not diminished, and your future has not been canceled. Keep holding on, keep believing, and keep moving in whatever way you can. Because even in slow progress, life is still moving you forward. Peace -Byayang Bungwon #growthmindset #inspiration #motivation #mindset #transformation

Think Like an Owner Even Before You Become One 🔥 A young man worked in a company where machines kept breaking down. Each time it happened, he would report it and wait. Maintenance will fix it, he said. That’s not my job. Another man in the same place saw the same problem but thought differently. He stayed after hours to understand the machine. He asked questions. He learned how it worked. He started addressing small issues before they became major problems. One day, the machine failed again. The first man stood aside, waiting. The second stepped forward—and fixed it. Weeks later, one was still doing the same job. The other was promoted to oversee operations. The difference was not talent. It was a mindset. That is how growth works. An employee mindset waits for instruction. An ownership mindset takes responsibility. One avoids problems. The other solves them. When you begin to think like an owner, you stop asking, Is this my job? And you start asking, How can I make this better?' Because in the end, Those who take responsibility for outcomes are the ones trusted with greater opportunities. So the real question is: Are you doing just enough to keep your role… or enough to grow beyond it? Peace ✌️ -Byayang Bungwon #inspiration #motivation #mindset #transformation #growthmindset

Income Means Nothing Without Discipline” Warren Buffett said, “Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving. Making money doesn’t mean anything if you spend more than you earn.” Money is not proof of wealth control is You can earn ₦500,000 a month and still be broke if your lifestyle costs ₦600,000. That’s not success that’s silent pressure. Real wealth is not in how much comes in but in how much stays and grows Start managing your money with intention. Cut what doesn’t matter. Keep what builds your future. Because if your income rises but your discipline doesn’t, you’re not progressing you’re just upgrading your problems. -Byayang Bungwon #growthmindset #inspiration #motivation #transformation

Leveraging Time vs. Trading Time Two men worked in the same city. The first man worked long hours every day. He was always busy, always tired, always trading his time for money. If he stopped working, the income stopped. The second man also worked hard, but in a different way. He built systems. He trained people. He created something that would work even when it was at rest. At first, the first man earned faster. But over time, the second man became smarter. That is the difference. One was trading time. The other was leveraging time. That is how wealth works. If your income depends only on your presence, your growth will always be limited by your time. But when you begin to leverage systems, skills, people, or technology, you multiply your effort. You move from working in your business to building something that works for you. Hard work is important, but a smart structure is powerful. Because in the end, You don’t become free by working more hours you become free by making your hours work more for you. So the real question is: Are you only trading your time for money… or are you building systems that multiply your time? Peace ✌️ — Byayang Bungwon #growthmindset #inspiration #motivation #transformation

The Compound Effect of Small Business Decisions A small shop owner had two simple habits. Every day, he recorded his sales even when they were small. Every day, he improved one tiny part of his business better service, better display, better follow-up. To others, it looked insignificant. Across the street, another shop owner ignored the details. He didn’t track his numbers. He didn’t improve consistently. He waited for “big changes” to make a difference. Months passed. One business grew steadily. The other stayed the same. The difference was not talent. It was small decisions repeated daily. That is how business works. Big success is rarely the result of one big move. It is often the result of small, disciplined choices made consistently over time. The way you treat one customer, the way you manage one expense, the way you improve one process these things may seem small, but they compound. Because in the end, little decisions don’t stay little they multiply into outcomes. So the real question is: are your daily decisions building your business… or quietly holding it back? Peace ✌️ — Byayang Bungwon

The Transformative Power of Sport Sports have the unique power to forge identity and legacy. Iconic figures like Pelé and Plato - originally named Edson Arantes do Nascimento and Aristocles - carried names earned through athletic prowess rather than birth. This reveals a profound truth: sports are not merely entertainment; they are a crucible for character and excellence. With this in mind, I arrived early in Ibadan today and observed the ongoing clean-up exercise. I parked beside the Lekan Salami Stadium, where groups of young people were actively engaged in basketball, lawn tennis, handball, and judo. It was uplifting to witness their discipline and energy. Such scenes reflect progress and offer a powerful glimpse into the immense potential of our youth. I made it a point to stop and encourage them because sports are more than just a game - they are a lifeline as well as a critical sector that deserves greater investment and support. For these young men, sports serve as a powerful engine for social mobility and personal reinvention. By instilling relentless discipline and teamwork, the field becomes a space where they can transcend their circumstances, sharpen their resolve, and transform their raw potential into a lasting legacy of excellence. A new Nigeria is Possible. -PO
