Cross country summer practice schedule. Starting Monday, July 15th Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7am. We will meet at the high school gym each morning.

🚨🚨School record alert X 2!!!! Ava Thompson broke Cadence Carlos’ 3200 meter record of 11:49 with a time of 11:32!! Aden Evans lowered his own school record in the 3200 to 9:50!!!

🚨 🚨School record alert!! Aden Evans just broke Josh Stewart’s 20 year old 3200 school record by 4 seconds in a time of 9:53.59!!!

🚨🚨School record alert!!!! True Cooper just tied Daniel Walker’s 16 year old record by going 52.91 in the 400!!!
