Your Response Is Honestly So Frustrating‼️
Imagine paying a high price for personalized signed Season’s Greetings…only to receive someone else’s name on it.
This is exactly what happened with my order from HIGHLIGHTSHOP.
One of the pages was signed with another winner’s name, and my name was awkwardly added beside it afterward (and somehow that still not deserves a ❤️????). That is NOT what I paid for, my name was supposed to be written exclusively.
I reached out hoping for a simple and fair solution, but my request was rejected — because apparently, as long as my name appears somewhere, it “doesn’t qualify” for an exchange.
This is not just a “minor variation” — it directly affects the value and meaning of something I paid a high price for.
What’s even more frustrating is how the responsibility is being shifted onto the artist as part of the signing process, instead of being acknowledged as a clear service/product mistake. Are you seriously expecting me to direct the blame at the artist??????
I paid for a personalized experience — the bare minimum should be having my name written properly and exclusively, not sharing space with someone else’s.
The situation is disappointing, and the response makes it WORSE!!
